Remember that “To Do” list I made for myself a few months back? Well… I am full on tackling it and my absence of 2.5 weeks is the result!
Taking on so many new things and challenging myself is incredibly rewarding. I find myself re-prioritizing life and what is important to me. The truth is… I am beyond stretched for time but I am also beyond happy.
School is both incredible and meh. Really. My dreadful Micro Economics course left me realizing that I was not going down the path best for me. I had to make some big decisions on “what I want to be when I grow up,” so I discussed with my counselor and made some changes. Liberal Arts w/focus on Leadership – here I come! Buh-bye Business Administration. But really… with what I want to accomplish in life, I know I made the right choice.
I gotta tell ya… I am not a numbers girl. The math was killing me!
Work is work. It’s busy. It’s challenging. It’s ever changing… I really hope I have some good news about my position and duties soon… we shall see. (fingers, toes, eyes and hair – crossed!)

Brown Swan … Now this is exciting… Our little online store is about to hit the real world. As in, we will soon have a display set up in a local boutique! This is huge for us! …And we aren’t just going to have a couple items on a table. We have actual floor space and a big display. I am so excited for that!! Of course, this also means that all my “extra” time has been eaten up by making items, reworking websites and promoting. But I love every single minute of it!

I can’t wait for July… I finally have a little “Staycation” planned. With the zillion things I have going on, it will be nice to catch up on some sleep and some home improvements!
So, I have to ask… since I brought up school and my inability to work with numbers… What is/was your worst subject? Whether you are in school now or are helping your kiddos with homework or you just have a subject that makes you grrrr… I am curious!
